Programme delivery

All modules are delivered face-to-face over two consecutive days, supplemented by two follow-up shared learning sets (which can be virtual) to support sustained practice. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to create a bespoke programme aligned with existing improvement and organisational development programmes.
