Mindfulness Training

At The Sukha Project we have a passion for wellbeing and strongly believe in supporting others in a holistic way using mindfulness and compassion. Developing a mindfulness practice enables individuals to take an appreciative inquiry approach, develop self compassion and become more connected to the present moment.

Understanding Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present, both within ourselves and in the world around us. In the rush of life, it's easy to overlook the beauty that surrounds us. Our course encourages you to pay closer attention to the present moment, your thoughts, emotions, and the world itself.

Comprehensive Training

Embark on an 8-week Compassionate Mindfulness Course tailored for both individuals and groups. This program requires a commitment of just one hour per week for 8 weeks, along with home practice sessions.

Each week, you'll delve into various aspects of mindfulness rooted in Buddhist teachings. Guided by experienced coaches, you'll explore different mindfulness meditation techniques designed for continued practice at home, forming an integral part of your daily mental health and well-being routine.
